What this is

Rotation is a tool for tracking the fragrances you own and logging which ones you actually wear. It's currently free to use. It doesn't sell, recommend, or link to anywhere you can buy fragrance — it only reflects back information about your own collection.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you're confirming that's true.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials or connected account (such as your Google account) secure, and for anything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us at milesbaker08@gmail.com and we'll help.

What you put into it

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add — fragrance names, brands, prices, and so on. We don't verify any of it. Please don't use the product to store or share anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.

What we provide

The product is offered "as is," without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or that it will always work exactly as described. We're a small, early-stage product — things may change, break, or be adjusted as we learn what actually works. We'll try to give notice of significant changes, but we can't promise we always will.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the product, including loss of data — see the Privacy Policy for what backup protection actually exists today, since it's limited and worth understanding honestly rather than assuming.

Ending your use

You can stop using Rotation and delete your account at any time from Settings — this is permanent and immediate. We may also suspend or remove an account that we reasonably believe is abusing the service, attempting to access other users' data, or otherwise acting in bad faith.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the "last updated" date above and do our best to flag it clearly rather than let it pass silently.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have under the law of the country you live in.
